At Good Guys Injury Law, we strongly believe that community involvement is a vital part of a healthy society. We want our local area in the Salt Lake Valley and the city of Draper, as well as other surrounding cities to grow and benefit from our presence here. That is why we have set up certain programs that aim to enrich society as a whole through community involvement. The Married Student Law Scholarship, Supplies for Success Gift Program, and Hit & Run Reward Program are projects we created to give back to the community by rewarding outstanding individuals. Our attorneys sit on various Boards of Directors, including those of the Brain Injury Alliance of Utah and the University of Utah Board of Advisers for Undergraduate Education and give counsel and advice to promote directed growth of research and education in the state of Utah. We also seek to promote research and care for diseases like Multiple Sclerosis and Cystic Fibrosis by sponsoring charitable athletic events such as bicycle races and rides. Our attorney’s blog is a useful tool for those seeking more information about personal injury claims and more. We also like to add to the spirit and fun of living in Utah by organizing our yearly Christmas lights display and showing up to sponsor events around the community. As part of this year’s Christmas lights display, we host a food drive in association with the Utah Food Bank in which we aim to collect hundreds of pounds of donated food for those who suffer from food insecurity.
Married Student Law Scholarship
Ken and Russ both understand how important it is to gain an education. They also know firsthand how difficult it can be to pursue a law degree while raising a family and working to making ends meet or accumulating debt. That’s why they decided to offer a scholarship to students who are in working on a education in the legal field and raising a family. Hopefully they can make it easier for at least one person to juggle things and make a huge impact in the future.
Supplies for Success Teaching Award
This program seeks to enrich Utah’s classrooms by lending a helping hand to exceptional teachers. Once a month, during the standard school year, we select a teacher from Utah, Salt Lake, or Davis county public schools to receive a $250 OfficeMax gift card to use on necessary classroom supplies. The Hit & Run Reward Program
This program is especially helpful to the community. By bringing justice to those who have been injured in hit-and-run car accidents we aim to help those who cannot help themselves. Witnesses of hit-and-run accidents should call the “We Tip” crime hotline—a neutral third-party organization— at 1-800-6-HIT-n-RUN to identify and capture the perpetrator of the crime.

Christmas Lights Display
Since 2012, Good Guys Injury Law has been putting up an interactive Christmas light display to brighten the Christmas spirit. The gesture was originally made to promote our Utah accident victim book and to support a non-profit medical service, Neuroworx. This display has continued to be a huge success for the residents of Draper, Sandy, and the surrounding cities. Come check out the newest addition to the display for Christmas 2016.
